Foreign objects or sudden blows to the ear can damage the eardrum, resulting in temporary or, in some cases, permanent hearing loss. so avoid that...

2. Preventing Ear Problems :- One common ear nuisance is swimmer's ear. This is a condition that can result when bacteria grow inside the ear canal, and it can be quite painful.

3. Ear Infections:-Ear infections are the most common illness in infants and small children. While adults do get ear infections, they are much more serious for children. This is partly because they are much more apt to get them, and partly because the symptoms can be more severe for children.

4. Ear Disorders:-  Deafness, a lack of balance, and a constant ringing in the ears are all signs of serious problems..

Now certain measures you should kept in mind are :-

1. Never listen to loud music for more than two hours straight. This includes earphones of your mobile devices and other appliances that have an output of 100db.

2. Clean your ears with wash cloth using your fingers. Clean the outer part of your ear but never put anything inside your ear canal such as cotton swabs.

3.Use ear protection plugs is you can’t avoid public places. Turn the volume of your car radio or anything that can irritate your hearing.

4. Avoid noisy places such as construction sites, concerts firing range or anything that creates tremendous noise. These places will damage your hearing in the long run.

5. Visit your doctor at least twice a year for an ear check up. If possible, include it on your annual physical examination just to make sure that you are fine. Consult any signs and symptoms of hearing loss, prevention may save you from getting deaf.

These tips are practical, simple and effective in taking care of your ears. Following these ten tips can prolong a good ear hea

lth even if you are aging.

In summers we all are confused and puzzled about the clothes..what to wear and what to not...Many more questions so now you need not to worry....Here are some tips for you...................

1. Summer is such a festive time of year. Light and bright colors are de rigeur. So I advise you to choose a color that is your signature color for the season and one that enhances your natural skin and hair tone.

2. French blue, which is a rich medium blue, is a flattering color for most skin tones. It makes a great dress shirt, which is mainly where you will find this sumptuous hue.

3.Know Your Colours: Know which colours will flatter you the most by figuring out if the undertones in your skin are either warm or cold...

4.Alter Your Clothes: It's important when you're investing in articles of clothing that become staples, like blazers and pants, that you have them tailored. It will ensure your money is well-spent, will make the piece that much more special and will make you feel great every time you wear it. After all, it only fits you.

BeAuTy TiPs !!

HeYa GuYs !!

Are you tensed or worried about your skin products that results into pimples, acne and many other problems...Now you need not to worry...Only u just have to recognize your skin whether its dry,oily..

You probably aren't taking care of your face as well as you could be. You might be washing it too often or too little, using the wrong face wash or washing at the wrong time. The results can get ugly: dry skin, ingrown facial hairs, acne or oily skin. Luckily, taking care of your face is pretty easy -- and it doesn't require a bunch of expensive, flowery-smelling lotions.

The certain things you should kept in your mind are :-

* You should wash your face twice a day, once in the morning and once at night. Any more often than that and you'll risk drying your skin.

* Don't use a plain bar of soap to wash your face. Soap may get things clean, but it also can dry skin out.

*There are some optional steps, such as using an exfoliating wash every once in a while, or using an astringent to cleanse, disinfect and tighten pores.

*Apply toner: A toner removes excess oil and dirt from your skin that the soap missed, in addition to closing your pores. Not everyone needs to use a toner, but some people find it helpful.

* Using lotion in the morning acts as a primer for your makeup, helping it "stick" to your face throughout the day. Moisturizing at night helps your skin repair itself and stave off wrinkles. Bottom line, it's one of the best things you can do for glowing skin over the long term.

By following these key points you are  free from any type of skin problems...
